Dennehey's Run Comes to an End

Level 18 : Blinds 5,000/10,000, 2,000 ante

Russel McClean raised it up in middle position and John Dennehey shoved all in for his last 65,000 chips in the big blind. McClean quickly called and the cards were on their backs.

John Dennehey: {5-Spades}{5-Hearts}
Russel McClean: {q-Clubs}{q-Diamonds}

The board ran out {k-Clubs}{j-Spades}{6-Hearts}{2-Hearts}{a-Spades} and McClean's pocket queens held up to eliminate Dennehey.

At another table, Kevin Stevens found himself all in with {k-Hearts}{j-Hearts} but ran into the pocket aces of chip leader Cody Wiegmann. Stevens couldn't find any help on the runout and was also eliminated.

Hengsakul Rivers a Straight to Bust Fentisov

Level 18 : Blinds 5,000/10,000, 2,000 ante

Peter Hengsakul opened to 22,000 from under the gun and Viacheslav Fentisov three-bet to 57,000 on the button. Hengsakul called and the dealer fanned the flop of {9-Clubs}{8-Hearts}{7-Spades}. Hengsakul eyed up Fentisov's stack and then announced all in. Fentisov instantly called off his stack of just over 120,000 and the cards were tabled.

Viacheslav Fentisov: {q-Hearts}{q-Diamonds}
Peter Hengsakul: {a-Diamonds}{10-Diamonds}

The turn was the {k-Clubs} to leave Fentisov still in the lead but the {6-Diamonds} on the river gave Hengsakul a straight.

Wiegmann Sucks Out on Mingus

Level 18 : Blinds 5,000/10,000, 2,000 ante

Corey Hochman opened to 22,000 in the cutoff and Dan Mingus just called on the button. Cody Wiegmann put his big stack to work from the small blind as he announced all in. Hochman quickly folded but Mingus deliberated for a couple of minutes before calling off his stack of around 340,000.

Dan Mingus: {a-Clubs}{q-Hearts}
Cody Wiegmann: {j-Spades}{10-Spades}

The flop came {k-Clubs}{j-Hearts}{8-Hearts} and Wiegmann took the lead with a pair of jacks. The {6-Diamonds} on the turn and the {8-Spades} on the river were no help to Mingus who was forced to the payout desk.

Pham Finds a Double

Level 19 : Blinds 6,000/12,000, 2,000 ante

David Pham raised it up to 35,000 on the button and Peter Hengsakul three-bet to 95,000 from the small blind. Pham responded by shoving all in for 196,000 and Hengsakul looked him up.

David Pham: {k-Spades}{k-Hearts}
Peter Hengsakul: {a-Spades}{8-Spades}

The flop came {j-Spades}{7-Clubs}{3-Spades} and Hengsakul flopped a flush draw to go with his one overcard. However, the {j-Hearts} on the turn and the {k-Diamonds} on the river only improved Pham to a full house and he doubled through Hengsakul.

Kislinksi Flips Khong to the Rail

Level 19 : Blinds 6,000/12,000, 2,000 ante

Dat Khong was one of the shortest stacks in the room and shoved all in for 107,000 from under the gun. Sergei Kislinski called from the cutoff and the rest of the table folded.

Dat Khong: {a-Clubs}{k-Diamonds}
Sergei Kislinski: {6-Hearts}{6-Clubs}

It was a coin flip and the flop of {q-Spades}{4-Spades}{3-Spades} left Kislinski in the lead. The {q-Diamonds} on the turn and the {10-Spades} on the river were no help to Khong who was eliminated.

Peake Gets Beat Twice

Level 19 : Blinds 6,000/12,000, 2,000 ante

Jonathan Clark raised it up from the hijack and Carlton Peake shipped all in for his last 75,000 chips on the button. Peake just lost a large pot to Rambo Halpern moments ago and now found himself at risk.

Carlton Peake: {a-Diamonds}{10-Spades}
Jonathan Clark: {k-Clubs}{j-Diamonds}

The flop came {10-Hearts}{7-Hearts}{3-Spades} and Peake picked up a pair of tens. However, the {j-Hearts} on the turn gave Clark a pair of jacks to take the lead. The river could not save Peake as he was eliminated.
