Joe Tehan tried to raise from early position, but he made a forward motion and then pulled back his chips, so the dealer ruled it to be just a call. Action folded to Josue Sauvageau in the small blind and he decided to complete. Matthew Wilkins was in the big blind and raised to 185,000. Tehan had a confused look on his face and eventually just folded. Action came back around to Sauvageau and he limp-raised to 575,000. Wilkins thought for a moment and eventually shoved for 2,325,000. Sauvageau snap-called for about 2,100,000.

A massive pile of chips had accumulated in the centre of a pot between Tomas Larivee Magni and Garrett Dansereau.

We arrived at the table on the river of a board as Magni was sliding a bet worth 700,000 towards the middle. Dansereau took no time making the call and Magni tabled for just ace-high.

Dansereau quickly turned over and his pair of jacks was good to scoop the monster pot.

We got to the table as the dealer was cutting out chips in a big hand that went down pre-flop.

According to the table, Josue Sauvageau raised to 90,000 on the button and Matthew Wilkins three-bet to 210,000 from the small blind. Sauvageau four-bet shoved for 1,110,000 and Wilkins tank-called.

Sauvageau was at risk with , flipping against Wilkins' ace-eight off-suit.

The board ran out and Sauvageau held to double-up, taking a big chunk out of Wilkins' stack.

As Sauvageau was raking in the pot, Joe Tehan piped in and said, "Write this on PokerNews! Two idiots go to war!" he joked. Both Wilkins and Sauvageau laughed it off and play continued.
