Jackson Santos opened to 2,000,000 from the cutoff and Martin Raus defended from the big blind.

Both players checked the 7♥6♣5♣ flop leading to the K♠ on the turn. Raus checked, Santos bet 3,000,000 and Raus moved all in with a covering stack. Santos, who had roughly six million behind, made the call to put himself at risk.

Santos had an overpair but was drawing dead against Raus who had flopped a straight, leaving Santos drawing dead by the turn. After the 5♠ river was dealt Santos made his exit from the tournament area while Raus took down another healthy pot.

Action folded to Seyoon Lim in the small blind who jammed a short stack. Michael Acevedo was in the big blind and after checking his cards, quickly made the call to put Lim at risk and headed to a runout.

The 9♣3♦6♣ flop was a good one for Lim as he jumped into the lead with two cards to come, but the board pairing 9♠ turn card provided Acevedo with extra outs for the win.

The 6♠ river provided one of those newly acquired outs and gave him the best hand, sending Lim to the payout window in fifth place for $79,700.

Jackson Santos opened to 1,200,000 from the cutoff before Josef Snejberg three-bet to 2,800,000 from the button. Ami Barer called off in the small blind for his last 475,000 before Santos made the call as well.

The flop came 10♣5♥2♦ and Santos check-called a 1,600,000 continuation bet from Snejberg.

Santos check-called another bet on the 7♠ turn, this time for 4,700,000.

Both players checked the 9♠ river. Snejberg could only show Q♠J♦ for a total bluff while Barer tabled J♣6♥ for jack-high. Santos showed down 8♠8♦ for just a pair of eights which was good enough to take down a gargantuan pot, close the gap between himself and Snejberg and send Barer to the rail in 6th place.

In a hand with a dead small blind, action folded to Yuzhou Yin on the button who jammed for 6,925,000. Josef Snejberg was in the big blind fresh off busting the 10th, ninth and eighth place finishers and entered a short tank before deciding to make the call to put Yin at risk and set up a runout.

Both players had flopped a set but Snejberg had the best of it with top set in what could only be described as a brutal cooler. Josef Snejberg then put in a four-bet to 7,500,000 from the cutoff, sending Santos deep into the tank.

Santos considered his options for over three minutes before opting to fold. This time it was Buhaiov's turn in the tank. Buhaiov thought about his decision for an additional five minutes, occasionally sneaking a quick peek at his hole cards. Eventually another player called the clock and shortly afterwards Buhaiov five-bet shoved for roughly 12,000,000 total. Snejberg, who covered Buhaiov slightly, snap-called to put Buhaiov at risk.

A chop seemed immenent until the Q♥8♦7♥ flop gave Snejberg a flush draw. Buhaiov dodged a heart on the 7♠ turn but the 5♥ river gave Snejberg the ace-high flush. Buhaiov became the first final table casualty of the day while Snejberg dragged in the largest pot of the tournament so far.
