Jean Marie Vandeborne Eliminated in 12th Place (€6,380)

Level 25 : 15,000/30,000, 5,000 ante
Jean Marie Vandeborne - 11th place
Jean Marie Vandeborne - 11th place

Heinrich Pauker raised to 65,000 and Jean Marie Vandeborne moved all in for exactly 500,000 chips from one seat over. Everyone else got out of the way and Pauker quickly called.

Vandeborne: {6-Clubs} {6-Hearts}
Pauker: {A-Diamonds} {A-Clubs}

The Belgian was drawing dead after the {10-Spades} {K-Spades} {10-Clubs} {10-Hearts} turn, however received a special needle with the meaningless {6-Diamonds} on the river. Vandeborne takes home €6,380 for his efforts and two more bustouts will get us to the unofficial final table.

While Jean Marie Vandeborne had not even left the tournament area yet for two minutes, the next player followed him out of the door already. Eugenio Landi got his stack in preflop with {10-Clubs} {10-Spades} against the {J-Spades} {J-Clubs} of Jozsef Szabo and the board would only produce low cards to kill all hopes of a comeback for the Italian.

Level 26 : 20,000/40,000, 5,000 ante
Julien Brulet - 10th place
Julien Brulet - 10th place

Mike Gerry opened to 80,000 and short stack Julien Brulet moved all in for what looked like 300,000. Gerry called off with {Q-Spades} {10-Clubs} and had two live cards against the {A-Spades} {J-Clubs} of Brulet. The board ran out {5-Clubs} {2-Hearts} {6-Diamonds} {10-Hearts} {4-Spades} and Brulet just missed out on the last table. There is now a redraw for the unofficial final table and once another player busts, the official final table will be set.

Level 27 : 25,000/50,000, 5,000 ante
Nico Lombaerts - 9th place
Nico Lombaerts - 9th place

Yehoram Houri raised to 100,000 from under the gun and was called by Mike Gerry in middle position as well as Nico Lombaerts in the big blind. On the flop of {9-Clubs} {6-Hearts} {4-Clubs}, the action was checked to Gerry and he won the pot with a bet of 130,000.

One hand later, Lombaerts moved all in for 300,000 from the small blind and Houri called in the big blind.

Lombaerts: {K-Spades} {7-Spades}
Houri: {A-Hearts} {4-Spades}

The board ran out {4-Clubs} {5-Spades} {J-Diamonds} {A-Spades} {9-Hearts} and Lombaerts was eliminated in ninth place. The remaining eight players are now on a 45-minute break to grab something to eat and the official group picture is due as well.

Mike Gerry Eliminated in 8th Place (€11,647)

Level 27 : 25,000/50,000, 5,000 ante

In the first hand back from dinner, Miroslav Alilovic defended his big blind to a raise of Mike Gerry and check-called a bet of 130,000 on the {7-Diamonds} {2-Spades} {J-Spades} flop. The {8-Diamonds} turn and the {K-Hearts} river were both checked through and Alilovic's {10-Spades} {10-Clubs} won the pot.

Two hands later, Gerry opened to 110,000 and Alilovic three-bet to 265,000, which was called by Gerry. On the {7-Spades} {8-Hearts} {6-Hearts} flop, Gerry check-raised all in after Alilovic had bet 150,000 and was called for more than 1.5 million chips each!

Alilovic: {7-Hearts} {5-Hearts}
Gerry: {K-Hearts} {Q-Hearts}

The {5-Diamonds} turn and {10-Diamonds} river failed to improve Gerry. Upon counting the stacks, Alilovic had 1,525,000 and Gerry was covered by 15,000 chips only.

Mohamed Mamouni Eliminated in 7th Place (€14,600)

Level 27 : 25,000/50,000, 5,000 ante
Mohamed Mamouni
Mohamed Mamouni

The action folded to Mohamed Mamouni on the button and he pointed to the dealer, grabbing the all in button. His opponents on the table laughed and Joszef Szabo folded in the small blind. Heinrich Pauker checked his cards in the big blind and then slowly announced call. The dealer once again asked him to make sure there was no misunderstanding and Pauker confirmed his decision.

Mamouni: {A-Diamonds} {8-Clubs}
Pauker: {2-Spades} {2-Diamonds}

The board ran out {6-Clubs} {10-Clubs} {J-Spades} {6-Diamonds} {2-Clubs}, giving Pauker a full house and elimination Mamouni in 7th place for €14,600. "C'est pas possible," the Algerian sighed and then headed to the payout desk.

Julien Duveau

The action arrived at Heinrich Pauker and the Belgian made it 125,000 to go from the cutoff. Julien Duveau moved all in from the button for around 850,000 in chips and the players in the blinds behind him all folded. Pauker quickly said call even though not very loud, thus the dealer verified with him again.

Pauker: {A-Diamonds} {A-Clubs}
Duveau: {Q-Spades} {K-Clubs}

The Frenchman was drawing dead after the turn of a {4-Hearts} {9-Hearts} {8-Spades} {3-Diamonds} {Q-Hearts} board and receives €17,520 for his efforts.

Miroslav Alilovic Eliminated in 5th Place (€21,900)

Level 29 : 40,000/80,000, 10,000 ante
Miroslav Alilovic
Miroslav Alilovic

Miroslav Alilovic had raised from under the gun and Yehoram Houri defended his big blind. Joining the action on the {Q-Clubs} {2-Clubs} {9-Spades} {8-Clubs} turn, Houri check-called a bet of 100,000 and the {A-Spades} river was then checked by both players. Houri flipped over the {9-Hearts} first followed by the {7-Hearts} and Alilovic mucked.

The very next hand, Erwann Pecheux raised from under the gun and Alilovic forfeited his big blind to fall down to less than 200,000. Alilovic pushed from the small blind one hand later and Pecheux snap-called.

Alilovic: {Q-Clubs} {9-Hearts}
Pecheux: {3-Clubs} {4-Clubs}

The board ran out {J-Hearts} {2-Clubs} {5-Hearts} {7-Clubs} {3-Diamonds} and Alilovic took his belongings before collecting €21,900 for his efforts.

Jozsef Szabo Eliminated in 4th Place (€29,200)

Level 29 : 40,000/80,000, 10,000 ante
Jozsef Szabo - 4th place
Jozsef Szabo - 4th place

Erwann Pecheux raised to 200,000 from the button and Jozsef Szabo defended his big blind to see a heads-up flop of {A-Diamonds} {J-Spades} {4-Clubs}. Szabo quickly fired 250,000 and was called before barreling another 600,000 on the {K-Hearts} turn. Pecheux asked for the stack behind of the Hungarian (1,600,000) before making the call.

On the {6-Clubs} river, Szabo shoved instantly and Pecheux smirked, thought for another 10 seconds and then called. Szabo showed the {A-Clubs} {7-Hearts} and Pecheux cheered to his rail, triumphantly turning over his {K-Diamonds} {J-Diamonds} for two pair. The Hungarian is eliminated in 4th place and Pecheux has more than half of the chips in play now.

Pecheux and Pauker Clash in 10 Million Pot

Level 30 : 50,000/100,000, 15,000 ante
Erwann Pecheux
Erwann Pecheux

Erwann Pecheux raised to 200,000 from the button and Heinrich Pauker three-bet for another 500,000 on top out of the small blind. Yehoram Houri quickly got out of the way and then Pecheux grabbed into his stack of T-100,000 chips, four-betting to what looked like 1.5 million. Pauker moved all in instantly and Pecheux called.

"You got aces?" Pauker asked his opponent and Pecheux shook his head. Pauker then turned over the {K-Hearts} {K-Diamonds} and the PMU Pro was shellshock, flashing the {Q-Hearts} {Q-Spades} to his rail. "This can't be true" he sighed loudly in French to his rail.

Pecheux's friends erupted on the {9-Diamonds} {Q-Clubs} {10-Spades} flop while Pauker loudly demanded for a jack. "The {3-Clubs} turn was a brick and the dealer then burned and turned the {J-Clubs} river. "YESSSSSS" Pauker yelled and quickly apologized. "I never shouted in a casino in my life," he said.

The chips were counted and Pauker was the player at risk for 5,010,000 chips, leaving Pecheux with five big blinds.
