Mistaken Identity?

Jacobo Fernandez is his full name, and he was a serious contender in the WSOP Player of the Year race, which was eventually won by Erick Lindgren. Fernandez cashed seven times and amassed over $600,000 in prize money over the summer. "Great!" we thought. Another big name here in little old Tahoe.
We paid a visit to this "FERNAN JACOBO's" seat, only to find that the man we expected to be sitting there, wasn't. Instead, we found the guy pictured here, Fernando Jacobo.
Jacobo stopped us during a recent rotation and asked if we were writing live updates. After giving him the spiel, we told him about the "other" Jacobo, and when asked what his name was, our Jacobo replied with a laugh, "Yeah, I'm a nobody."
Not anymore, Fernando! Welcome to the world of international poker celebrity. This post will surely spark a cult following and maybe even two or three fan sites.
Fernando currently sits with 15,625 in chips and a big ol' smile on his face.
