With a couple limpers in front, a player at Table 29 elected to raise to 900. He got one call, and action came around to Tim Begley. Begley has been short all day, and he had just about 3,000 left before this hand. Looking down at {9-?} {9-?}, he moved all in. The original raiser called, putting Begley at risk of elimination. When nobody else wanted to tangle, Begley saw his opponent turn over {A-?} {Q-?}, and the race was on for his tournament life.

To his delight, and to the benefit of his chip stack, the board ran safe for "begsclutch", and he has nearly tripled up, sitting right at 8,000 now.
