Young "All In and Ahead"

Pluria Marshall came into the pot from middle position, and the action folded around to Jason Young. From the small blind, he moved all in for his last 3,975, and Marshall looked him up, putting Young's tournament life in jeopardy.

Showdown:
Marshall: {Q-Clubs} {10-Clubs}
Young: {A-Clubs} {8-Diamonds}

"I'm all in and ahead," Young said loudly, looking around the room to see who was interested. He wouldn't be ahead for long though.

Right in the door came the {A-Hearts}, but the flop was a complete disaster for Young as it read {A-Hearts} {J-Clubs} {K-Clubs}. Marshall had flopped the straight with the big re-draw as well, and Young was on the brink. The turn gave him a glimmer of hope as the {A-Diamonds} peeled off, improving the at-risk pro to trip aces. Like a bolt of lightning, the {K-Hearts} struck the turn, making Young the come-from-behind full house and earning him the crucial double up. He's back up over the 9,000 mark.
