Levy Jokes Don't Do Well in New Orleans

Level 17 : 1,500/3,000, 400 ante
Adam Levy
Adam Levy

We'll resist making one final pun with Adam Levy's name, and it's our last chance. Beginning the day with a short stack, "Roothlus" has been put out of his misery here early on Day 2. In the hijack seat, Levy looked down at {K-Hearts} {K-Diamonds} and shoved in for about 40,000. Small blind Douglas Lang made the call with {A-Diamonds} {Q-Diamonds}, and Levy was looking to double back into contention.

The {A-Spades} {9-Diamonds} {A-Hearts} flop was a bad one for his kings, though, and the turn {J-Hearts} and river {6-Spades} failed to save his tournament life. He's out, and we've got 63 players left.
