Nick Long Eliminated in 17th Place ($5,728)

Nick Long was very short on chips, and he open-shoved first into the pot from late position. He was working with {Q-Hearts} {8-Diamonds}, and Hank Czarnecki looked him up with {A-Clubs} {6-Clubs} from the blinds.

The {3-Diamonds} {4-Spades} {Q-Diamonds} looked like good news for Long, but things would go south in a hurry. The turn {2-Diamonds} and river {5-Spades} allowed Czarnecki to run down his straight, and with it comes the rest of Long's chips.

We've lost another player, and it's Nick Long out in 17th place. That's good for a consolation prize of $5,728.
