Forever Young-man

Jamie Youngman opened the action by moving all in for his last 170,000 before the flop. Shreeniwas Kelkar looked down at his cards from the hijack and moved all in over the top. The rest of the table folded and the hands were displayed:

Youngman: {A-Spades}{10-Diamonds}
Kelkar: {A-Clubs}{9-Clubs}

Both players paired up on the {3-Spades}{9-Hearts}{10-Clubs} flop but Youngman retained his lead with the pair of tens. The turn brought the {7-Diamonds} and the river the {2-Diamonds} ensuring a double for Youngman. Kelkar, on the other hand, has fallen to about 390,000 in chips.

Berglund Taken Down By Hagan

A short stacked Robert Berglund was all in and at risk before the flop against Mal Hagan. Berglund held {J-Spades}{10-Spades} and was looking for help against Hagan's {10-Clubs}{10-Diamonds}.

The flop was {5-Clubs}{3-Spades}{5-Hearts} and fourth street brought the {K-Spades}.

"Spade! Spade!" yelled Berglund, hoping to make his flush to stay alive in the tournament. Alas, the river was the {A-Clubs} and Berglund was sent home. Hagan is now sitting on about 710,000 in chips.

Sullivan: {K-Clubs}{J-Diamonds}
Scott: {J-Spades}{J-Clubs}

The board fell {8-Hearts}{2-Diamonds}{8-Spades}{6-Diamonds}{4-Spades} and Scott's jacks were able to hold, securing him a double up. Sullivan, however, has now fallen to about 480,000.

Wasyk Falls To Lim

Douglas Wasyk open shoved all in for his last 104,000 before the flop and it folded to David Lim in the big blind. Lim called and the hands were tabled:

Lim: {K-Hearts}{10-Clubs}
Wasyk: {A-Hearts}{3-Hearts}

Wasyk was in the lead and stayed that way by pairing his ace on the {Q-Spades}{A-Clubs}{9-Diamonds} flop. The {10-Hearts} on the turn gave Lim some hope of scoring the knockout and he hit his miracle when the {10-Diamonds} rolled off on the river.

Wasyk was eliminated in 27th place while Lim has boosted his stack to about 470,000.

Lim Doubles Through Gunnarsson

David Lim got his short stack all in before the flop and was called by Christopher Gunnarsson.

Lim: {2-Spades}{2-Diamonds}
Gunnarsson: {7-Spades}{7-Diamonds}

Lim was in dire need of help and luckily he found it on the {A-Hearts}{4-Spades}{2-Hearts} flop, giving him a set of deuces. The {3-Diamonds} turned which meant that a five would chop the pot and Gunnarsson could still hit a seven for the win. The river was the {J-Clubs} and Lim was able to score the double to about 360,000.
