Taylor Douglas Takes a Pot Away

Ray Spencer raised to 80K with {A-Spades}{10-Clubs} and Taylor Douglas called in position with {6-Diamonds}{4-Diamonds}. Lew Titterton also called with {J-Clubs}{10-Diamonds} and they saw a flop of {8-Hearts}{8-Spades}{2-Clubs}. After Titterton and Spencer checked Douglas bet 150K. Titterton folded but Spencer made the call. After the {K-Spades} turned Spencer again checked and Douglas bet 350K. This time the bet was enough to chase Spencer and Douglas took the pot.

Spencer Takes A Pot From Douglas

After surrendering his hand to the all-in bet of Cort KIbler-Melby, the very next deal Ray Spencer looked down at {A-Clubs}{A-Spades}. He raised to 135,000 and Taylor Douglas looked down at {10-Clubs}{10-Spades}. He chose to call, and the {6-Hearts}{Q-Clubs}{A-Hearts} flop may have kept Douglas out of serious trouble. Spencer led out for 350K with top set and Douglas tossed his hand away.

Lewis Titterton Is Eliminated in 9th Place

Running low on chips, Titterton moved all-in with {K-Clubs}{Q-Diamonds}. Leandro Pimentel moved all-in himself with {A-Diamonds}{10-Hearts}, and when the action was folded around found that he was in the lead.

The {A-Clubs}{7-Hearts}{10-Clubs} flop gave Pimentel two pair and Titterton a gutshot draw, but the {2-Diamonds} and {K-Hearts} on the turn and river didn't save Titterton and he was eliminated in 9th place, winning 45,162.

John Hunt Stays Alive Thanks To the River

After Leandro Pimentel raised with {A-Hearts}{J-Spades} both Ray Spencer with {K-Spades}{2-Spades} and John Hunt with {A-Diamonds}{10-Diamonds} chose to call. The flop of {4-Hearts}{A-Clubs}{2-Diamonds} promised a confrontation, and that's exactly what happened. Pimentel bet 320K, Spencer folded, and Hunt moved all-in. Pimentel called and after the {8-Diamonds} turned he looked primed to take Hunt out. But the {10-Clubs} spiked on the river to save Hunt from elimination and boost his stack to 1,425,000. Instead of challenging for the chip lead, Pimentel fell to 825K.
