All-in Blind

Three players, including Kathy Liebert and J.C. Tran went all in blind pre-flop. Tran turned up 5-6, Liebert held T-4, and their third opponent woke up to pocket kings. The board came K-Q-J-7-6, and their lucky tablemate tripled up, while Tran and Liebert called out for rebuys.

Jamie Gold Cracks Jacks

Jamie Gold open raised all in from the button and was quickly called by the player in the big blind. They players turned up...

Gold: {6-Hearts}{10-Diamonds}
Opponent: {J-Hearts}{J-Diamonds}

Gold was dominated and there were relatively few boards that would make him a winner. The one that came however, {6-Spades}{8-Spades}{4-Hearts}{10-Clubs}{6-Diamonds} was one of them. It's safe to say that a shout of "rebuy" was heard not long after this.

Another Rebuy for Justin Bonomo

Justin Bonomo is doing his part to build the prize pool today. After a flop of 6-8-K, the big blind checked, a player in middle position bet 250, Bonomo raised 1,300 more, the player in the big blind pushed all-in for 3,000 total, the middle position folded and Bonomo called. Bonomo had K-2 and was out front against his opponent's 6-7. But his opponent made a set when a six came on the turn. A ten came on the river, and yes, Bonomo called out, "rebuy."

Sorel Mizzi Running Good

A late position player moved all in pre-flop for 4,000 and Sorel Mizzi called blind from the button. Mizzi turned up {8-Clubs}{9-Clubs} while his opponent held {A-Hearts}{4-Clubs}. The flop was {J-Hearts}{9-Hearts}{5-Diamonds}, pairing Mizzi's nine. The turn was the {K-Spades}, the river was the {10-Spades}, and Mizzi dragged the pot.

"I should write about running good" said Mizzi after the hand.

Kirk Morrison's All-in Mania

Kirk Morrison has been moving all in blind on almost every hand he plays. So often does he push all in, that he has rubber-banded his 7K stack together to make it easier on him.

After yet another pre-flop push from early position, Morrison was called by a middle position player, the cutoff and the button. Morrison showed {K-Clubs}{Q-Diamonds}, the MP player turned over {K-Hearts}{K-Spades}, the cutoff held {A-Hearts}{J-Hearts} and the button tabled {8-Hearts}{8-Spades}. The flop was {A-Clubs}{4-Hearts}{3-Clubs}, giving the lead to the cutoff. The turn was the {2-Spades}, the river was the {10-Clubs} and a chorus of "rebuys!" erupted from the table.

Morrison was down to 4,000 after the hand.
