Ly Down

Minh Ly has busted out in slightly unpleasant circumstances. All in on the {2-Diamonds} {5-Diamonds} {4-Hearts} flop, Ly was holding {A-Diamonds} {10-Diamonds} for the nut flush draw and his opponent was holding {6-Diamonds} {7-Diamonds} for an up-and-down straight draw, his flush draw no good.

Turn: {Q-Hearts}
River: {6-Clubs}

Rollercoaster Tran

Theo Tran has been all over the place.

First he dropped down to 3,300, holding {9-Diamonds} {8-Hearts} on a {9-Spades} {4-Spades} {K-Hearts} {10-Spades} {9-Hearts} board against an opponent's {Q-Spades} {J-Clubs}.

A few hands later, though, he doubled up to 6,600, getting his chips in preflop with {A-Hearts} {K-Hearts} against an opponent's {10-Clubs} {10-Diamonds}. The board was a nauseating-for-the-opponent {3-Hearts} {6-Hearts} {J-Diamonds} {10-Spades} {Q-Spades}.

John Turns a Little into a Lot

John Little
John Little
Former WPT winner and online menace John Little is now riding high with 9,000 in chips. John bet 300, 900 and 2,850 respectively on a board of {J-Clubs}{J-Hearts}{5-Diamonds}{6-Clubs}{2-Clubs}, his unknown assailant calling each street down with {A-Clubs}{8-Clubs} before succumbing to Little's full house-tastic {J-Diamonds}{6-Spades}.

Dragon Running Out of Steam

David "The Dragon" Pham is down to 2,600.

He raised to 200 in mid position and got two callers, including the big blind. They all checked the {7-Hearts} {5-Diamonds} {8-Clubs} flop, and Pham bet 475 on the {3-Hearts} turn -- the big blind went all in for 1,525 and Pham called.

Mr Pham: {2-Hearts} {5-Hearts}
Mr Opponent: {K-Diamonds} {5-Spades}

River: {3-Diamonds}

Deeb Doubles Up

Freddy Deeb is up to 8,000, reraising an UTG shove with pocket kings, and then finding himself all in on the {6-Clubs} {K-Diamonds} {7-Hearts} flop. His unfortunate cold-decked opponent was holding {A-Spades} {K-Hearts}, and is now OUT.

Quads for Tran

It always helps in poker when you hit quads, and it's even more favourable when you get paid. Sadly, only the former occurred for JC Tran, his opponent folding to a river bet of 800 on a {J-Spades}{4-Spades}{J-Hearts}{5-Clubs}{8-Clubs} board before being shown those pocket knaves.

I think Tran was ahead.

Dobrilovic Wins Three-Way All-In

An unknown player made it 300 under the gun, and was called by both Jan von Halle in mid position and Tom Dobrilovic on the button.

The flop came down {9-Diamonds} {7-Hearts} {6-Diamonds} and the original raiser bet out 1,000. Von Halle made it 2,000, and Dobrilovic made it all in for 7,700. The original raiser called all in for around 2,000, and von Halle called all in too, for around 5,000.

Von Halle turned over pocket sixes for a set, Dobrilovic turned over pocket nines for a bigger set, and the original raiser just mucked and left. No miraculous quads for von Halle and he is OUT, while Dobrilovic jumps to 16,300.
