Mike “The Mouth” Matusow is one of the most recognized faces in the poker world, not just for his skill on the felt, but for his antics at the table. Matusow has over $5.6 million in lifetime earnings, and earlier this series he won his third bracelet in the Deuce to Seven Lowball event. If Matusow were to win today’s event, this would be his second bracelet in Omaha Hi-Lo. He won a bracelet in Omaha Hi-Lo at the 2002 World Series of Poker.

He enters today’s event with just over 1.7 million in lifetime tournament earnings and holds two WPT titles. He still seeks his first bracelet. Greg Jamison could truly be considered an Omaha Hi-Lo specialist. Out of his 19 career tournament cashes, nine of them are in Omaha Hi-Lo. This is Jamison’s second final table at this year’s WSOP and third career WSOP cash, all in Omaha Hi-Lo. Jamison finished sixth in the $1,500 Omaha Hi-Lo event earlier this series. He has lifetime earnings of just over $300,000.

Seat 9: Eugene Katchalov (Brooklyn, NY) - 300,000 Chips

This is Eugene Katchalov’s first WSOP final table. Back in December, Katchalov won the Doyle Brunson Five Diamond Classic to take his first WPT title. He enters today’s final table with just over $2.8 million in career earnings.

Early Aggression

There has been plenty of aggression shown in the early stages of this final table. David Benyamine has been very active and recently bet Tony Ma off his hand with a 3-bet preflop and continuation bet to take down a nice pot to extend his chip lead.

Greg Jamison has also picked up some early chips after several reraises against Eugene Katchalov on a board of {6-Clubs}

. Katchalov didn't want to let his hand go as he went into the tank for several minutes before eventually laying it down.
