Kessler Out

Allen Kessler was all in for his last 1,100 with {6-Spades}{6-Hearts}{2-Clubs}{4-Clubs} against an opponent's {9-Diamonds}{6-Diamonds}{A-Hearts}{8-Hearts}.

The board ran out {3-Hearts}{4-Hearts}{9-Hearts}{5-Hearts}{3-Spades} to give his opponent the nut flush and the best low to send Kessler to the exit.

The Second Coming

Chris "Jesus" Ferguson is currently heads up for a bracelet in the $5,000 Seven Card Stud Hi-Lo Championship but incredibly during a recent 20-minute break in that event he made his way over to our section of the Amazon Room to play his dwindling stack in this event.

You'd think he'd be relaxing and enjoying his break to concentrate on winning a bracelet, but he managed to make the switch to Omaha hi-lo to double up his short stack and stay alive in this tournament with about 10,000 in chips!

Todd Brunson Eliminated

Im out? That's cool man. There's always tommorrow.
Im out? That's cool man. There's always tommorrow.
Todd Brunson was all in on the river with a board of {4-Hearts} {9-Hearts} {2-Clubs} {10-Diamonds} {J-Diamonds}. Jeff Madsen made the call. Brunson showed {A-Diamonds} {K-?} {J-?} {6-Diamonds} and Madsen showed {A-Diamonds} {Q-Clubs} {9-Diamonds} {2-Spades}. Madsen's two pair sent Brunson to the rail.
