Daniel Negreanu Eliminated

Negreanu Busto
Negreanu Busto
Daniel Negreanu chopped an early pot with Jennifer Harman before getting his short stack in preflop against Hasan Habib and Men "The Master" Nguyen.

The board ran out {10-Clubs}{7-Clubs}{8-Hearts}{6-Spades}{J-Clubs} as Nguyen showed {2-Clubs}{3-Clubs}{4-Hearts}{2-Diamonds} for a small flush to collect the high while Habib showed {5-Clubs}{5-Hearts}{A-Diamonds}{2-Spades} for the nut low. Negreanu mucked his cards and headed to the exit.

Matusow Ribbing Ferguson

The following conversation just occurred between Mike Matusow, Jeff Madsen, and Chris Ferguson.

Matusow: "Chris, we're a bit worried that you are losing your luster. I mean a 2nd and a 3rd?"

Madsen: "The old Chris Ferguson would have won both."

Ferguson: "Don't lose faith yet."

Matusow: "I haven't. I know I'll have to win another because you'll at least have another 2nd."

Reslock Moves Up in Chips

Chris Reslock was involved in a three way pot that included Berry Johnston. Johnston raised from the button preflop and was called by Reslock and an under the gun opponent. On a flop of {A-Spades} {5-Spades} {Q-Diamonds} , Reslock bet out and was called by both opponents. When the turn card of the {2-Spades} hit, Reslock bet out again and only the under the gun opponent called. On the river of the {2-Diamonds}, Reslock bet out and was called. Reslock showed {Q-Clubs} {2-Hearts} {3-Hearts} {5-Clubs} for deuces full and his opponent mucked.

After the hand, Reslock is up to 72,000 in chips.

The Resurrection of Jesus

Roland de Wolfe opened with a limp and Dan Harmetz limped along on the button. Ray Dehkharghani completed from the small blind before Chris Ferguson raised it up from the big blind. His three opponents all made the call.

They took a flop of {7-Hearts}{8-Diamonds}{8-Spades} and Ferguson led out with a bet. Harmetz made the call with the other two players folding.

The turn brought the {K-Diamonds} and once again the bet of Ferguson was called by Harmetz.

The river landed the {3-Diamonds} and Ferguson bet once again. Harmetz called and Ferguson showed {A-Hearts}{A-Spades}{4-Hearts}{Q-Spades} to scoop the pot. After starting the day as the short stack of the field, Ferguson is now up to 28,000 in chips in a remarkable comeback.

Judah Scoops With Pretty Hand

T6 Poker pro Mel Judah has just taken a nice pot off of Men "The Master" Nguyen. Judah bet the whole way on a board of {9-Clubs}{9-Diamonds}{8-Diamonds}{4-Hearts}{K-Clubs} with Nguyen eventually giving up his hand on the river.

Judah showed a very pretty A-A-K-2 to scoop a nice pot and jump to over 50,000 chips.
