We'll be in the Blue section of the Amazon Room today, and judging by the fact that only 30 six-handed tables are in use, a large field is not expected.

Sunday Triple Draw Lowball at the Rio

Deuce-to-seven triple-draw lowball returns to the Rio on Sunday when Event 40, $2,500 Triple Draw Lowball, begins play at noon. It's the "Kansas City" version of the game where the worst hand wins, and in this game the worst of the worst -- a hand otherwise known as "Number One" -- is 2-3-4-5-7. Aces count as high and straights and flushes are bad news.

This $2,500 event replaces last year's unusual $1,000-with-rebuys tourney in this poker variant, which drew 546 entrants and saw Rafi Amit win the bracelet and $227,005.
