Stephen Pierce just asked how many times he can flash his discards before incurring a penalty. The floor, who witnessed his first flash, said, "This is your warning. We're very strict about exposed cards here. Next time is a penalty." The floor then made an announcment over the P.A. system to the same effect: "Do not flash your discards. This is not live action. This is a tournament. Even if it's heads up, do not flash your discards."

Meanwhile, Ray Davis and Gavin Griffin are seated on adjacent tables and are trying to figure out how to change their tournament stacks into cash for purposes of a prop bet. "This is boring," said Griffin. "We need a bet to liven things up."
