Hand #9: Chad Siu

J.C. Tran raised to 80,000 from the button, and Chad Siu moved all in for 204,000 from the small blind. Peter Nguyen folded in the big blind, and Tran called.

Siu {A-Diamonds}{Q-Clubs}
Tran {K-Spades}{10-Clubs}

The flop was {7-Clubs}{6-Spades}{8-Clubs}. The turn was the {8-Spades}. The river was the {J-Clubs}, and Siu has doubled up to over 400,000.

Hand #8: Robert Kalb

Robert Kalb had the button. Joe Pelton raised to 85,000, and J.C. Tran called from the small blind. The flop came {3-Spades}{9-Hearts}{5-Clubs}. Both checked. The turn was the {K-Spades}. Both checked again. The river was the {5-Diamonds}. Tran bet 100,000, and Pelton called.

Tran showed A-K, and Pelton mucked.

Clear the Rail

We just reported that there is plenty of room here within the ESPN final table area, and just as cards were being dealt for the first hand, T.J. Cloutier walked in and stood near the final table.

"Clear the rail!" our tournament director joked. T.J. laughed and took a seat. We're not sure who he is here railing, but he's all smiles as he looks on.
