Mega Satellite Concludes

A cheer from across the room gave an initial indication that the mega satellite had ended, but then out of nowhere, about 30 of the 40 players in the satellite decided to run out of the room at full speed to get their seat assignments.

The tournament floor is now empty, except for us, and the cleaning staff.

Who's Sweating the Action?

Hassan Habib is in the crowd right now sweating Jean-Robert Bellande. The end is near and the railbirds can sense it.

Another of Bellande's friends spoke up out the crowd and said, "I left the Rhino to come watch you play, Bobby." The Rhino is actually Spearmint Rhino, which is one of the hot clubs in Vegas.

Belland replied, "You're not the only one kid."

A really attractive girl behind Bellande smiles and Bellande and friends have a good chuckle.

Graham Pulls to Even

Graham took two large pots off Jean-Robert Bellande. The first pot came when the board was double paired on the river and Graham showed an ace to take it down.

Next, the pot was three-bet preflop. On a flop of {10-Diamonds} {6-Diamonds} {K-Diamonds}, Graham bet out and Bellande called. The same action occurred on both the turn of the {K-Hearts} and the river of the {Q-Hearts}.

Graham showed {A-Spades} {K-Spades} to take the pot and move up to 1,300,000 in chips. Bellande has 1,400,000 in chips.

We are back to even folks.
