Kenny Tran asked one of the field reporters from PokerNews to find out the top five payouts for this event. The reporter did so and upon handing the piece of paper to him, Tran's face was overcome with a bedazzled look. "First place is only $500,000?" he asked.

The river was the and all players checked. One player mucked, the two seat showed and Winston showed for a full house and the high. He split with his opponent who held the low.
Gus Hansen and his opponent were involved in a hand in which the board read . Hansen played a high hand with A-J-x-x and his opponent held a lower full house with 4-4-x-x. There was no qualifying low and Hansen scooped the pot. He is now up to 47,000.
Harman check-called Perry's bets on every street until the river, when she led out for 1,000. Perry went into the tank for quite a while and made the fold, shipping the pot Harman's way.
After the hand, Jen was up to 29,600 while Perry was down to 20,900.
