Shak Doubles Up, Busts Out

Beth Shak is right back up to her starting stack. A short-stacked gentleman got his chips in preflop with {9-Hearts}

and a complete absence of nines and so on on the board sent the gentleman home and put Shak up to 6,100.

She limped in the cutoff and the small blind squeezed. "Let me just tell you that this is not the best call if I make it," said she, and then called anyway.
