Play began just about 11 hours ago with an even 100 runners spread across the ten tables in play. The action for this Shootout format tournament was fierce to start the day, with more than half of the field ousted within the first four levels. Things would slow considerably once the tables became short-handed though, with each decision so important. Finally, somewhere deep into level 10, our last match ended, setting up the final table for tomorrow.

Jason Somerville may well be the handicapping favorite going into Day 3, but this format makes things not so easy to call.
