Cutler Gets in Behind - Comes Out Ahead

Joseph Cutler
Joseph Cutler
After Jason Somerville made a standard preflop raise, Joseph Cutler pushed his entire 326,000 chip stack into the pot. Eugene Katchalov asked for a count out of the small blind before making the call and, when Somerville folded, we went heads up to the flop.

Cutler: {A-Clubs}{10-Clubs}
Katchalov: {A-Diamonds}{K-Spades}

Cutler got lucky early with a flop of {9-Hearts}{5-Diamonds}{10-Diamonds}. The {7-Spades} on the turn and {3-Hearts} were no help to Katchalov, who fell to just 70,000 after the hand. Cutler now has nearly 750,000.
