Sirens Stays Alive

Van Marcus has just doubled up twice to get himself back in contention.

In the first hand he held {Q-Diamonds}{Q-Hearts}{6-Hearts}{4-Hearts} against the {K-Spades}{Q-Spades}{J-Diamonds}{2-Diamonds} of Robin Keston with the board running out {A-Clubs}{3-Diamonds}{9-Spades}{3-Hearts}{7-Spades}.

A few moments later his chips were in the middle again with {A-Hearts}{A-Spades}{10-Clubs}{6-Spades} against the {A-Clubs}{K-Spades}{10-Hearts}{4-Diamonds} of Ferit Gabriellson. The board bricked {3-Diamonds}{9-Diamonds}{7-Spades}{8-Hearts}{J-Clubs} and Marcus ends up with a straight to double up once again.

"Sirens" stays alive with 360,000 chips.

Chau Giang Eliminated in 11th Place ($61,838)

Chau Giang - 11th Place
Chau Giang - 11th Place
Josh Arieh limped from the button, Chau Giang completed from the small blind and Stefan Mattsson knocked the table to check his option.

The flop landed {K-Clubs}{5-Diamonds}{10-Diamonds} and Giang announced a bet of the pot, leaving himself around 50,000 behind. Mattsson folded before Arieh gave the decision some thought and re-potted to put his opponent all in. Giang quickly called.

Arieh: {K-Hearts}{A-Hearts}{Q-Clubs}{8-Clubs}
Giang: {K-Spades}{5-Spades}{J-Diamonds}{7-Clubs}

Giang held the lead with two pair but the turn card was the {J-Spades} to give Arieh the Broadway straight. Giang would need to hit a repeat on the river but instead the {2-Spades} bricked to leave him headed to the rail in 11th place for $61,838 in prize money.

The players are now redrawing for the final table of ten. We'll need to lose one more player before we relocate to the ESPN feature table. We'll have the redraw and updated chip counts shortly.

Nathan Doudney Eliminated in 10th Place ($61,838)

Nathan Doudney - 10th Place
Nathan Doudney - 10th Place
Josh Arieh raised to 80,000 from under the gun and the table folded around to Nathan Doudney in the big blind who announced "pot" and added 172,000 to the middle, leaving himself just 75,000 behind.

Arieh thought for a moment before making the call.

The flop came down {J-Hearts}{2-Hearts}{6-Clubs} and Doudney quickly moved all in. Arieh made the call.

Doudney: {K-Diamonds}{K-Spades}{A-Clubs}{4-Diamonds}
Arieh: {10-Hearts}{9-Hearts}{Q-Spades}{7-Diamonds}

Doudney held kings, but Arieh had some draws and it was all over on the turn when the {A-Hearts} fell to complete Arieh's flush.

The meaningless river was the {7-Spades} and Doudney becomes the bubble of our official final table as he exits in 10th place for a collect of $61,838.
