Rheem Wins Flip For $1,000

"Chino, I have a two-part question for you. Do you have 3k on you and secondly do you wanna flip for it?" asked Scott Seiver on his return to the tournament floor.

Both David 'Chino' Rheem and Seiver discussed how Seiver had pocketed his buy-in (well $1,404 of it) and wants to flip for the $3,000 in profit.

Not being able to come to a reasonable deal, Seiver started to leave only to get Rheem to call him back.

"I'll tell you what. We'll bet on what one of my cards is and Nick can pick it." stated Rheem.

"OK, how much?" asked Seiver.

"$1,000 is good. What color?" added Rheem.

"Black!" demanded Seiver.

"Man I always choose black . . . but you can have it."

Nick Binger selected a card which turned out to be the {J-Diamonds}.

Seiver tossed Rheem a $1,000-chip and quickly left the tournament floor.

Bryan Micon Eliminated in 11th Place ($5,572)

Bryan Micon - 11th Place
Bryan Micon - 11th Place

Bryan Micon has been short stacked and battled back only to get short again over and over today. Finally, something had to give. He moved all in for 20,500 under the gun, and Alexander Kravchenko called him from the small blind. Kravchenko stood pat, and Micon put his head in his hands, taking two minutes to decide what to do. Eventually, he slid two cards toward the dealer. Kravchenko showed {9-}{8-}{5-}{4-}{3-}, and Micon had kept {9-}{7-}{6-}. He'd have to hit two under cards to stay alive. The first one he peeled was a {3-}. That'd work. But the second one was an {a-}.

"Good game guys. Good luck," Micon said as he gathered his things. "I don't know what I'm doing in this game. It's been a good experience."

Scott Seiver Eliminated in 12th Place ($4,404)

Nick Binger opened to 8,000 from the cutoff and Scott Seiver moved all in for over 35,000.

Binger sat in the tank for nearly three minutes before standing up and pulling an A4 sheet of paper out of his pocket that had a some 2-7 Draw Lowball hand ranges and mathematics calculations on it along with some other unreadable (to our PokerNews reporter) notes on it.

"Wait. Can you even do that?" asked Seiver.

"Can you use one when you're playing hold'em? Yes, so you can use one here," replied Binger as the Tournament Director nodded in agreement.

Binger sat back down and let a further two minutes slide by before eventually making the call and drawing one as Seiver stood pat.

Seiver tabled his {9-}{8-}{7-}{3-}{2-} and Binger his {8-}{4-}{3-}{2-} as he caught the {7-} to take the lead and send Seiver to the rail in 12th place for a $4,404 payday as Binger soars to 245,000 in chips.

Kravchenko Wins a Big One

Alexander Kravchenko raised to 9,000 under the gun, and when it folded around to Todd Bui on the button, he reraised to 33,000. Kravchenko called and drew one, while Bui stood pat. Kravchenko looked at his card and checked. Bui bet 17,000, and Kravchenko paid to see what he had. "Ten," Bui said, but he never got around to showing it as Kravchenko tabled {9-}{8-}{7-}{4-}{3-} to take down the big pot.

Kravchenko is sitting behind 96,000 now, and Bui dipped to 55,000.

I'll Give You 2:1

Nick Binger has all of his smaller denomination chips in perfect 20-stacks. Rather than break a stack to pay his blind and ante, Binger tossed out a T5,000 chip. "Come on, break a stack. You're going to have to eventually," Scott Seiver chided.

"No, I'm going to win this hand," Binger responded.

"Wanna bet? I'll give you 2:1 on $20."

Chino Rheem chimed in, "Give me 2:1 on like 45 grand, and I'll just move all in."

"Yeah, the sick thing is I'd have to call without looking if I did that," Seiver laughed.

Snyder Slipping

Sean Snyder opened to 8,000 from under the gun and Yan Chen made the call from the big blind.

Snyder stood pat but Chen drew one and fired out 13,000 with Snyder making the call.

Chen tabled his {9-}{8-}{5-}{4-}{2-} and Snyder folded to slip to 35,000 as Chen climbed to 110,000 in chips.
