Wong Catches a Great River to Scoop Bellande

Eugene Katchalov has been all in several times. So far he's defying death. He was called by Steve Wong and Jean Robert Bellande in his most recent all in. On a flop of {5-Diamonds} {9-Clubs} {8-Clubs} Wong bet and Bellande called. Wong check-called a bet on the {q-Diamonds} turn, then led the {10-Spades} river. Bellande made a crying call and couldn't beat Wong's queen-high straight, {a-Spades} {j-Clubs} {7-Diamonds} {7-Spades}. That hand chopped with Katchalov's {j-Spades} {3-Spades} {7-Hearts} {6-Hearts} for the main pot.

Katchalov has 25,000. Wong has 235,000, and Bellande has 260,000.
