Chicotsky Calls It Off With Nine-High

David Chicotsky opened to 750 from the cutoff only to have an opponent move all in from the button for roughly 9,000.

Chicotsky deliberated before making the call and tabling his {9-Hearts}{2-Diamonds} to be up against {A-Diamonds}{Q-Spades}.

The board ran out {7-Diamonds}{K-Hearts}{Q-Hearts}{10-Diamonds}{3-Clubs} to see Chicotsky double his opponent up and slip 16,300 in chips.

Wooka Doubles

Wooka Kim in action
Wooka Kim in action

The action folded round to the small blind and he bumped it up to 600 only to have Wooka Kim move all in for her last 2,675. Kim found a caller and we were off to a showdown.

Kim: {A-Spades}{8-Clubs}
Opponent: {K-Clubs}{Q-Diamonds}

The board ran out {A-Diamonds}{6-Spades}{6-Diamonds}{3-Spades}{3-Hearts} to see Kim double through to over 3,400 in chips.

Jonathan Tamayo Going Up

We've just found Jonathan Tamayo in the field.

When we saw him, Tamayo was facing a 1,000-chip bet from the player in the small blind. On the button, and looking at the {4-Clubs}{2-Diamonds}{5-Spades} flop, Tamayo re-popped it to 2,500. The opponent called all in and tabled his {A-}{A-} to be up against Lew's {3-}{3-}.

The turn card was a {j-Spades}, but the river brought to the table the {A-Diamonds}, giving Tamayo a straight to see him eliminate his opponent and move to 19,000 chips.

Phan Bluffed

With the board reading {4-Diamonds}{Q-Clubs}{3-Clubs}{J-Diamonds}{10-Diamonds} and the pot in-excess of 11,000, John Phan checked the action over to his opponent.

Sliding in a stack of chips to effectively put Phan all in, Phan went deep into the tank for several minutes.

Shuffling chips, then adjusting his stack followed suit before Phan eventually folded.

"Show the bluff" he uttered to his opponent from across the table - and after taking another peek at his cards - his opponent flashed his {8-Clubs}{6-Diamonds} to rake in the pot and send Phan down to 8,600 in chips.

Juanda Falls

John Juanda will not be adding to his three 2010 WSOP final tables after recently being eliminated.

We aren't exactly sure when the money went in, but it was Juanda's {A-Spades}{7-Hearts} going down to an opponent's {3-Spades}{Q-Diamonds}{2-Spades}{J-Spades}{8-Clubs} to see Juanda make his way to the rail.
