Ellis Cripples Danzer

George Danzer opened to 5,500 from under the gun, Helen Ellis called from middle position and Phil Ivey defended his big blind.

The dealer flopped {10-Clubs}{k-Spades}{k-Clubs}. Ivey checked, Danzer continued for 6,500 and Ellis called. Ivey got out of the way.

The turn was the {7-Diamonds} and Danzer led for 16,500. Ellis called.

The river brought the {4-Hearts} and Danzer opted to check. Ellis moved all in and Danzer folded.

"You had me the whole way," Danzer sighed.

Ellis is all the way up to 270,000 chips and Danzer is super short with just 28,000.
