Subdued Atmosphere

There's a rather subdued atmosphere in the Pavillion Room today, rising suspicion that I missed a good party last night. A quick scour around the cardroom revealed little in the way of 'famous faces', but it's to be expected. There's a definite correlation between fame and punctuality when it comes the lower buy-in events, and I would have been surprised to see Phil Hellmuth tucked up in his seat as Jack Effell announced "shuffle up and deal". The Poker Brat is down to play this event, so I'm sure when he does arrive (around Level 3 is my prediction), the fun and frolics will begin.
