Erik Seidel was all in preflop with the {A-Diamonds} {K-Spades} {10-Spades} {7-Diamonds} against Khiem Nguyen's {A-Hearts} {9-Spades} {7-Hearts} {5-Spades} .

Seidel flopped a Broadway straight on the {K-Diamonds} {Q-Hearts} {J-Hearts} flop, but Nguyen was able to turn a flush with the {2-Hearts} . The river completed the board with the {5-Clubs} and that ended the tournament for Seidel in 18th place. He took home $13,282 for his finish.

After Austin Scott raised from middle position to 34,000, action folded to Thomas Pettersson in the big blind and he reraised to 110,000. Scott reraised to put him all in and Pettersson called for a total of 201,000.

Dutch Boyd Eliminated in 8th Place ($35,038)

Action folded over to Dutch Boyd in the cutoff seat and he raised to 50,000. Scott Stanko reraised the pot to 170,000 from the small blind and play moved back to Boyd. He made the call.

The flop was {10-Hearts} {10-Diamonds} {6-Hearts} and Stanko moved all in. Boyd called off his last 120,000 or so with the {J-Clubs} {10-Spades} {9-Spades} {8-Hearts} for trip tens. Stanko held the {A-Diamonds} {K-Diamonds} {K-Clubs} {7-Diamonds} .

The turn was the {K-Spades} and nailed Stanko with a full house and the lead. The river completed the board with the {4-Hearts} and Stanko won the pot to eliminate Boyd from the tournament.

For his eighth-place effort, the two-time gold bracelet winner Boyd took home $35,038.

Romik Vartzar Eliminated in 7th Place ($46,117)

Kheim Nguyen opened to 48,000 from early position and was called by Romik Vartzar in the cutoff. Vadzim Kursevich called from the small blind as well and the flop came down {9-Clubs} {3-Hearts} {2-Clubs} .

It was checked to Vartzar who potted to 168,000. Kursevich re-potted, Nguyen folded, and Vartzar called all in for just a little bit more.

Vartzar was leading with two pair with a wheel draw, but Kursevich also had outs to a wheel, a flush draw, as well as a pair of fours in his hand. The {6-Spades} turn card kept Vartzar in the lead, but the {9-Diamonds} fell on the river to counterfeit Vartzar's two pair.

Kursevich took it down with nines and fours to score the elimination.

The turn was the {K-Diamonds} and Kursevich checked. Chambers fired the pot for 415,000 and Kursevich raised to put him all in. Chambers called and was all in for 455,000.

Chambers held the {A-Clubs} {Q-Clubs} {10-Hearts} {7-Diamonds} and Kursevich the {A-Diamonds} {A-Spades} {K-Clubs} {Q-Hearts} . Chambes had queens and sevens while Kursevich had kings and queens.

The river completed the board with the {2-Clubs} and Kursevich successfully eliminated Chambers in sixth place. For his finish, Chambers earned over $60,000.

Scott Doubles In Spectacular Hand

Scott Stanko limped in from under the gun and Austin Scott limped on the button. Vadzim Kursevich completed from the small blind and then Brett Richey checked from the big blind. All four players took a {9-Diamonds} {5-Clubs} {4-Clubs} flop and all four players checked.

The turn was the {10-Spades} and what we thought was an innocent family pot all of a sudden exploded. Kursevich and Richey checked before Stanko bet 110,000. Scott then made it 400,000 to go and Kursevich reraised the pot. Richey folded, as did Stanko. Scott called all in for 1.735 million and just like that it was on.

Kursevich had flopped top set with the {10-Diamonds} {9-Spades} {9-Hearts} {5-Hearts} . Scott had nailed the turn with the {K-Spades} {10-Clubs} {8-Diamonds} by hitting the case ten.

The river completed the board with the {5-Spades} and Scott's full house, tens over fives, was the winning hand to give him the massive double up.

Brett Richey folded the button and Austin Scott raised the pot from the small blind, making it 120,000 to go. Vadzim Kursevich called all in for less out of the big blind and turned over the {K-Hearts} {J-Spades} {9-Clubs} {3-Hearts} . Scott held the {A-Hearts} {Q-Hearts} {5-Clubs} {4-Spades} .

The flop came down {A-Clubs} {5-Spades} {2-Diamonds} and Scott picked up two pair. The turn {7-Clubs} and river {4-Diamonds} left him in front and Kursevich behind, which meant Kursevich was headed out the door in third place.

For his finish, Kursevich earned nearly $160,000 in prize money. With his bustout, the World Series of Poker gold bracelet was left to be decided between Scott and Richey.
