Today only 14 players remain. We will play down to one, and that person will be awarded the golden bracelet along with $440,238.
Vitaly Meshcheriakov comes in today with the chip lead, possessing 946,000. Will that be enough to get to the final table for Meshcheriakov? Another player in the field is Matt Stout returns today with 462,000, a little below average. Stout looks to turn things around and put himself in position to come out on top today. Vincent van der Fluit also comes back today, bagging 301,000 last night. Der Fluit has already won a bracelet this summer and knows what it takes to play on that level.

Justin Zaki moved all in from under the gun for 239,000, and right when it looked like he might steal the blinds and antes Christopher Shaw made the call from the big blind.

The board came as Zaki was drawing dead on the flop to exit in 14th place.
Bradley Kopelson opened from the button and made it 37,000. Max Steinberg three-bet from the big blind and Kopelson made the call.
The flop was released by the dealer and Steinberg bet out 125,000. Kopelson countered the bet by moving all in for around 440,000. Steinberg made the quick call and Kopelson was at risk.

Kopelson need a lot of help if he wanted to be rescued from this hand, he received none as the landed on the turn and the filled up on the river.
Steinberg continues to play hands and we recently saw him raise it up to 35,000 from the button only to be faced with a raise from Noah Bronstein. Bronstein had moved all in for 227,000 from the big blind and Steinberg opted to make the call and put Bronstein at risk.

The board came and with a pair of jacks Steinberg was able to deliver the knock-out blow to Bronstein who finishes in 12th place.
Mikhail Timoshin opened a recent hand from under the gun making it 32,000 to anyone who wanted to see a flop. Dylan Hortin in the big blind made the call.
The flop came and Hortin checked to the bettor. Timoshin fired off 35,000 and the bigger stacked Hortin moved all in. Timoshin made the call and was at risk.

Timoshin was going to need any spade, any nine, or any ten to stay alive. The on the turn was no help, and neither was the on the river. Timoshin was eliminated and Hortin has now crossed the one million mark with about 1,300,000.
Dylan Hortin raised it up from from the cut-off making it 45,000. Christopher Shaw in the small blind then three-bet to 105,000. Hortin took his time pondering his best option before announcing all in and getting snap called by Shaw.

The board came and Shaw was sent packing when his pair of jacks couldn't compete with his opponent's flopped pair of aces.
Samuel Gerber raised from under the gun and made it 52,000 and action folded around to Vitaly Mescheriakov in the big blind who three-bet to 125,000. After a few moments Gerber moved all in and was snap called.

The board came and the heart on the river gave Gerber a winning flush. Despite hitting his pair of aces on the river Meshcheriakov came up second best and was sent packing.
Action folded over to Max Steinberg on the button and he raised it up to 50,000. Next to act was Ryan Laplante who took a few seconds measuring out his stack before moving all in for around 450,000. Dylan Hortin in the big blind was up next and he moved all in. Steinberg folded, and cards were tabled.

The board came and Laplante was eliminated after he failed to grab hold of anything. Hortin now sits with around 2,850,000 and holds a strong chip lead on the rest of the table.
Joseph Marzicola raised to 70,000 from the button and was quickly faced with a three-bet by Dylan Hortin. Instead of simply calling Marzicola moved all in for 920,000 and was called by Hortin.

The board came and with the queen on the flop Marzicola was basically guaranteed a double up. Hortin was forced to send over a huge chunk of his stack and has now dipped below the two million mark.
