Par Hilderbrand Eliminated in 27th Place ($22,885)

Aviraham Lovton opened to 33,000 and received a call from Par Hilderbrand in the big blind.

The flop fell {10-Hearts}{K-Diamonds}{A-Diamonds} and Hilderbrand checked. Lovton continued for a bet of 59,000 and Hilderbrand thought for over a minute before moving all of his chips to the middle. Lovton quickly called and the hands were tabled:

Hilderbrand: {A-Clubs}{9-Clubs}
Lovton: {J-Diamonds}{8-Diamonds}

Lovton was drawing and got there when the {10-Diamonds} drilled the turn. The {4-Spades} completed the board and Hilderbrand became the tournament's first casualty after the re-draw.

Ari Engel Eliminated in 25th Place ($22,885)

Ari Engel was left with a short stack just a short while ago and now his tournament life has come to an end in 26th place. The hand in question saw play folded around to Engel in the big blind where he shoved all in. It was around 200,000 more to Rast in the big blind and he went deep into the tank as he decided what to do.

Eventually Rast gave a bit of a shrug and said, "I guess i gotta call."

"I'm in bad shape," said Engel as he turned over {5-Diamonds}{4-Hearts}.

He was right, but he wasn't completely dead, with his cards live against Rast's {a-Diamonds}{3-Hearts}. The {k-Diamonds}{2-Clubs}{7-Spades}{3-Spades}{8-Diamonds} board wouldn't do Engel any favors though as Engel would be heading home in 25th place, picking up $22,885 in the process.

Razavi Raking Them In

Ashkan Razavi has continued his rise up the chip counts, now sitting with the third largest stack in the room. We recently watched Razavi take down a hand that went a little something like this.

Aviraham Lovton opened it up from the hi-jack seat to 35,000. Razavi was on his direct left and three-bet to 76,000. The blinds got out of the way and a {10-Spades}{j-Hearts}{4-Clubs} flop was dealt. Lovton checked and then folded and Razavi flicked in a bet of 56,000.

Olisar Grabs Some From Seiver

In a raised three-way pot, Scott Seiver checked to Ryan Olisar who bet out 36,000. The third player got out of the way and Seiver called. Fourth street was the {7-Diamonds} and Seiver check-called another bet, this time with the magic number being 93,000.

The river brought the {10-Diamonds} and both players checked. Olisar tabled {j-Clubs}{7-Hearts} for a pair of sevens and Seiver rolled his eyes and mucked his hand.
