Hellmuth Hits His Set, Gets No Reward

Level 10 : 400/800, 100 ante

We just started the 400/800 level and Hellmuth raised to 2,500 under-the-gun. He got one caller, the player under-the-gun plus one wanted to see a flop and got what he wanted: {4-Spades}{3-Diamonds}{K-Hearts}. Both players checked after which the {6-Diamonds} fell on the turn. Hellmuth bet 3,000 and got a smooth call from his opponent. The river was the {Q-Spades} and Hellmuth cut out 11,000 and placed those chips in the middle of the table. His opponent almost immediately folded after which Hellmuth showed his {Q-Clubs}{Q-Diamonds} as he raked in the chips.
