Fuchs Takes a Hit

Level 8 : 600/1,200, 0 ante

Carol Fuchs lost a portion of her stack in a four-way pot. She raised in early position and was three-bet by the player next to act. The small blind, big blind, and Fuchs all called.

On the {a-Hearts}{5-Hearts}{q-Spades} flop, the small blind bet, the big blind folded, Fuchs called, and the early position player called.

The turn brought the {10-Diamonds} and the action was checked to the early position player who bet. The small blind and Fuchs both called.

River action checked through after the {3-Clubs} fell.

The small blind showed {a-Spades}{q-Diamonds}{j-Diamonds}{j-Hearts} to scoop the pot, The early position player showed a losing {a-Diamonds}{3-Hearts}{k-Clubs}{10-Clubs}, and Fuchs mucked.

Woods Turns on The Aggression

Level 8 : 600/1,200, 0 ante

A player open-limped in early position and was raised directly behind by James Woods. Action folded around to the player in the big blind, who called — as did the original limper.

All three players checked on the {2-Diamonds}{4-Spades}{5-Clubs} flop.

When the {2-Clubs} came on the turn, action checked to the player in early position, who bet. Woods then announced a raise before committing his chips into the middle. Both of his opponents quickly folded and Woods scooped the pot.
