Blinds: 5,000/10,000/1,000

After an hour of back and forth play on the stone bubble, Justin "Lappypoker" Lapka moved all in for 35,000 on the button and Christopher "Pay_Son" Staats made the call in the big blind.

Justin "Lappypoker" Lapka: {q-Clubs}{3-Clubs}
Christopher "Pay_Son" Staats: {5-Diamonds}{5-Clubs}

The board ran out {k-Spades}{10-Hearts}{8-Hearts}{7-Spades}{4-Clubs} and the pair of fives held up to send Lapka out on the stone bubble. The remaining 18 players are now guaranteed a minimum cash of $8,606.

Bluffing Phil Ivey All In with Seven-High in a $200K Buy-In Tournament?

Phil Ivey
Phil Ivey

Emptying the clip on a bluff with seven-high against Phil Ivey is a gutsy play, and that's exactly what Christoph Vogelsang attempted on Day 2 of the $200,000 buy-in Coin Rivet Invitational at Triton Poker Cyprus.

Ivey was on his second bullet after busting with a king-high flush against the nut flush of Linus Loeliger during the first level of Day 1. Vogelsang likely knew that and took that into consideration when he put the Poker Hall of Famer to the test.

Blinds: 2,500/5,000/500

In a heads up pot of 27,500 on a flop of {6-Diamonds}{3-Spades}{2-Hearts}, Shankar "Burgersssss" Pillai checked from the big blind and John "Relevancy" Ripnick checked back in the hijack.

On the {9-Spades} turn Pillai lead out for 13,750 and Ripnick made the call. The {8-Hearts} completed the board and Pillai put the pressure on with a bet of 35,000. Ripnick took a moment but eventually folded and the pot was shipped to Pillai.
