Rightnour Wins a Four-Bet Pot

Level 6 : 800/1,500, 0 ante

Four players headed to a flop in a four-bet pot and the dealer spread the flop of {q-Clubs}{j-Diamonds}{3-Diamonds}. Matthew Rightnour was the first to act in early position and tossed in a bet. Dragana Mackelprang quickly folded but the other two players, including Joe McKeehen, called.

The turn was the {2-Diamonds} and Rightnour continued with another bet. Both of his opponents still called and the {6-Clubs} landed on the river. Rightnour bet one more time and this time both of his opponents mucked, sending the pot to Rightnour.

Hsiung Gets Paid by Little

Level 6 : 800/1,500, 0 ante

Kenny Hsiung raised it up in middle position and James Little three-bet on the button. The blinds folded and Hsiung just called to see a flop of {k-Diamonds}{10-Hearts}{5-Clubs}.

Hsiung checked to Little who continued with a bet and Hsiung called. The turn was the {k-Clubs} and both players checked to the {4-Diamonds} on the river.

Hsiung led out with a bet this time and Little thought it over before making the call. Hsiung tabled {9-Spades}{9-Clubs} for two pair and Little ditched his cards to the muck.

Akkari Wins a Confusing One

Level 6 : 800/1,500, 0 ante
André Akkari
André Akkari

There was some confusion on Table 118 with one player announcing raise but only throwing in 1,500 chips. Andre Akkari was in the small blind and thought he was raising as he stuck in 3,000, but it was later deemed just a call. John Monnette also came along from the big blind and the three players saw a flop of {a-Clubs}{8-Clubs}{2-Diamonds}.

Akkari led out with a bet which got Monnette to fold and the player in middle position called. The turn was the {8-Hearts} and Akkari bet again. His opponent still called and the {5-Diamonds} landed on the river.

Akkari fired out one last bet and his opponent looked him up. Akkari tabled {a-Spades}{a-Diamonds} for a full house, which pushed him into the chip lead for now.

Neymar Loses a Couple

Level 5 : 600/1,200, 0 ante

Neymar raised it up on the button and was met with a three-bet from the small blind. Neymar stuck in a four-bet and his opponent capped it. The flop came {k-Spades}{10-Diamonds}{7-Spades} and the small blind already had a bet in the middle. Neymar called and the {a-Spades} landed on the turn.

The small blind bet again and Neymar still called to see the {10-Spades} on the river. Another bet and call and the small blind turned over {k-Diamonds}{j-Clubs} for the best hand.

On the next hand, three players headed to the flop in a single-raised pot. The flop fell {a-Hearts}{q-Clubs}{2-Hearts} and Neymar bet from the cutoff. The big blind check-raised and Neymar just called.

The {q-Diamonds} paired the board on the turn and the big blind tossed in a bet which Neymar called. The {7-Hearts} hit the river and the action was the same. The big blind showed {2-Spades}{2-Diamonds} for a full house while Neymar flashed the {a-Spades}.
