The action was caught on fourth street, where Eddie Blumenthal and Andrew Brown called. Alex Livingston then called all-in and Brown created a side pot by betting the subsequent fifth street. Blumenthal called and did so too for Brown's bet on sixth and seventh street.

At showdown, Brown tabled 8♣6♠4♦ for trip eights, and Blumenthal mucked his cards, forfeiting the side pot to Brown. Livingston then revealed the 5♥2♥ he started with, and slowly peeled a 2♠ to fill up his two pair to a full house, scooping the main pot.

Bruschi Eliminates Anderson

Minutes after eliminating Matt Glantz to burst the bubble, Renan Bruschi had another player all in and at risk. Stephanie Anderson, the bring in, chose to complete instead. Bruschi raised, and Anderson called all in.

Yoroi One of the First to Fall After Bubble

Itsuko Yoroi brought it in, with a stack of just 13,000 in total. When Jeanne David completed, all the chips went in and the players tabled their hole cards.

Yoroi had three to a steel wheel, but David had the two missing cards in her hand. David made her low on sixth street, while Yoroi needed to hit hers or a higher pair than David's threes. However, seventh street saw David make a straight while Yori was left with a measly pair of deuces.

She left the tournament area contently, already looking forward to the $3,000 H.O.R.S.E. tomorrow.

One saw Andrew Brown in a pot against Paul Zappula with action picked up on the river.

The board read 8♥4♣4♠6♥J♠ and Brown had made the nut low and a straight to eliminate Zappula from the tournament.

Another table saw a second elimination.

Matt Glantz called in the hijack which saw Renan Bruschi call on the button and the blinds came along as well.

On the flop of 5♠8♠10♦ action checked to Bruschi who bet and both the small blind and Glantz called.

The turn of 2♣ saw Glantz move all in when checked too and both Bruschi and the small blind called.

On the K♠ river, the small blind checked to Bruschi who bet and the small blind folded.

Action was joined on the 5♣8♦3♣ flop, with Philip Sternheimer, the big blind, check-calling a bet from David "Bakes" Baker under the gun.

The 10♥ turn went the same way, with Sternheimer check-calling. On the 10♠ river, Sternheimer changed to a check-raise. Baker called the second bet.

"Nut-nut," said Sternheimer, turning over A♦10♣8♠2♦ for tens full of eights with an eight-five. Baker turned over A♥K♦7♥2♠ for the same low, which was only good for a quarter of the pot.
