2008 World Series of Poker Europe
Event 1 - £1,500 No Limit Hold'em
Day: 1b
Yil Be Alright
Marchese makes a casual looking check and Yilmaz does the same before the turn is dealt . Once again Marchese makes a casual limp wristed check but is met with 2,700 bet this time.
He makes the call and the final card comes . For the third time Marchese checks and Yilmaz checks too, not seemingly liking the ace.
We see why as he turns over and he sees he was beat before the river as Marchese shows for the pot.
Marchese up to 39,000, Yilmaz down to 23,000.

New Table of Death/Doom/Destruction
And as my colleagues have noted, the Andy Black makeover really is quite remarkable. The perfectly tailored suit jacket... the studded Bulgari sunglasses... the clean shaven face. Well done, sir.
The Mouth on . . . Politics?
It was Williamson, however, who appeared the most passionate about the subject at hand:
"Biden sucks . . . He's old! He's almost as old as McCain!" Robert said. "That's the only one out of the four I don't like," he added.
Tournament Director Steve Frezer then chimed in, "I'm gonna give you guys a penalty if you continue to talk politics!"
Williamson fired back, "But we're trying to solve our country's problems!"

Can't Always Run Good
The board came to send the chips away from Marchese.
Marchese can't complain about being down to 33,000 though as he's been running really well today. I heard him say he's had aces versus kings and quads versus a boat and a flush!
