Pilgrim Plummets

Despite the one round penalty he suffered earlier, it was still a great day for Dwyte Pilgrim, as he was up to over 30,000. However, he just lost a big pot that has him down to 14,000.

Action started with the player under the gun raising to 500. Pilgrim made it 1,200 to go, and it folded around to the button. That player four bet it to 3,000, and though the original raiser folded, Pilgrim came along for the ride.

The lop came down rainbow, and Pilgrim checked to the button, who fired out 5,000. Pilgrim then announced all in, and he was immediately called.

It was a cooler flop for Pilgrim, and he wasn't able to catch up on the turn or the river. Pilgrim is still very much alive, but his current stack pales in comparison to what he had before the hand.
