Last Chance to Play Global Poker Micro Thunder Series V; 73.7K Sweeps Coins GTD
The Global Poker Micro Thunder Series V got underway September 11, and if you haven't competed in any of the exciting events thus far, there's still time to get in on the action, and get your hands on some of the valuable prizes remaining.
This series is open to poker players in the United States on the legal and licensed social poker site. There are dozens of free play and Sweeps Coins tournaments remaining in the series, which concludes September 25.
Global Poker is one of the top places to play online poker in the US and is currently in the middle of one of its most entertaining series of the year. Over the course of the series, at least 22,260,000 Gold Coins (GC) and 73,700 Sweeps Coins (SC) will be awarded.
For those who are unaware, GC is purely play money poker games on Global Poker's platform. To play in the Sweeps Coins games, you must get your hands on some FREE Sweeps Coins. You then use those FREE SC's to enter tournaments and ring games on the site.
Series Details
Even if you haven't entered any of the tournaments for the Micro Thunder Series, you still have a chance to win some epic prizes, starting with the SC 5.50 Progressive Bounty No-Limit Hold'em 6-Max, which promises at least SC 3,500 in the pot. The event begins at 9:30 p.m. ET on September 15. Every tournament in the series is of the no-limit hold'em variety, with the exception of one pot-limit Omaha/8 event.
On September 16, there will be a juicy SC 4,000 guaranteed bounty 8-max tournament at 9:30 p.m. ET for just SC 5.50, along with three other tournaments on that same day.
The main part of the series wraps on September 18 with four events, most notably the Main Event at 6:30 p.m., a SC 15,000 guaranteed tournament for SC 11 to enter. It all comes to a conclusion on September 25 when the top players from the series will return to the social poke site for an SC 2,000 guaranteed Gods of Thunder freeroll.
