The main reason i signed up for PacificPoker was to see if the reports about the soft competition was true. After a week or so, the answer is a resounding yes. Most players on this site are beginners and tend to be calling stations, the only drawback to this is that you will suffer many bad beats, i'd say more than any other site i've played in. Solid players can win big here but their patience will really be tested. The software here is very simple and does the job but it lacks the details and modern design look other sites have. Freerollers will not like this site as there is only 2 a day and the schedule seems to change every now and then and is quickly filled up in minutes. Top 90 gets paid tho with a good amount so its worth it if you can register for it. Customer support is decent but could be a lot better. Replies to my emails took long at times and i had trouble getting in touch with customer support on the phone. They have affordable games for the low budget players and some good big prized tournaments. Deposit bonuses tho is real hard to get and frustrating as it might take you awhile to acquire. Other than that, the main reason to play here is for the soft competition. If your a solid, tight and aggressive player with plenty of patience and can withstand plenty of bad beats, you can build up a nice bankroll here.
