Pros: simple to use, easy to understand good playability
Cons: my connection was dropping out due to sever problems at their end for a couple of months, hard to win games not being able to play every hand, rebooting your system takes time and costs a good few minutes of blinds!!
I believed the problems causing me to disconnect from Pacific were down to my connection and it was only after I paid for an engineer to check my connection that I finally got confirmation that Pacific had been having trouble with its servers.
