Mikel Habb just took a player out and worked his stack up to around 32,000. After a raise and a caller Habb decided to three-bet, and his opponent moved all in. Habb called the shove for around 8,000 chips creating the following showdown.

Liam O'Rourke and Joel Feldman are two of the strong Australian players in today's event. They are seated next to each other on Table 27, and the latter just took down a big pot between the two.
Feldman explained how the player in the cutoff raised and O'Rourke called on the button. Feldman was in the small blind and called as well creating three-way action.
The flop brought out and the action was checked to O'Rourke who bet 900. Feldman raised to 3,200 and O'Rourke called. The turn was the and Feldman bet 4,000. O'Rourke raised it up to 9,600 after which Feldman moved all in.
O'Rourke quickly let go of his hand and dropped down to just above the starting stack. Feldman is back up to 50,000, as he's had quite some swings already today.
We just caught the end of a huge pot between Peter Vujic and Will Jones. The board read and Jones had tabled his . Vujic beat his faces with a flopped full house showing , and took down this huge pot. He's now one of the chip leaders with 52,000 chips.
Yesterday's first day one flight drew a crowd of 186 players, and with the 159 that showed up today the total of this event adds up to 344. That's an increase of around 10% which is a great result for the ANZPT Melbourne Main Event!

We've just spotted Sam Georgios on one of the back rows with a big stack. After winning another pot he looks to be around 60,000, which would be the chip lead at this point.
Georgios just limped under the gun after which the player to his left raised to 900. The action was folded back around to Georgios who three-bet to 3,100. His opponent gave it some thought and called.
The flop brought out and Georgios picked up the pot with a 7,000-chip bet.
Team PokerStars Pro Angel Guillen just doubled up to a very comfortable stack in the fifth level of play. Guillen called a raise which ended up being a four-way pot on the flop.
The flop came down with two diamonds, and the initial raiser checked. Guillen bet 1,500, two players called after which the initial raiser moved all in for 20,000. Guillen called all in for 17,200 and the two other players folded.
Guillen showed a set of sixes and was well ahead against the queens of his opponent. The turn and river did not change anything, and Guillen raked in a big pot.
