Tan Doubles

Team PokerStars Online's Randy Lew raised to 33,000 from middle position. Zheng Tai Tan reraised from the cutoff seat to 73,000 and then Daoxing Chen cold four-bet from the button to 223,000. Action folded back to Lew and he gave it up. Tan reraised all in for 390,000. Chen tanked for several minutes, even though it was just 167,000 more.

After awhile, Chen began reciting numbers as if he was counting the pot. When he did that, Bo Wu announced the amount that was in the pot. The tournament staff directly issued him with a three-hand penalty for doing so. Eventually, Chen called.

Chen: {A-Clubs}{7-Spades}
Tan: {K-Hearts}{K-Spades}

The board ran out {K-Diamonds}{4-Diamonds}{2-Hearts}{2-Diamonds}{A-Hearts} and Tan doubled through.

Grant Levy Eliminated

Grant Levy was left with a pittance of the monster stack he once had after losing a big pot to Sangeeth Mohan. Recently Levy shoved all in holding {q-Diamonds}{8-Diamonds} and received a call from Sparrow Cheung on the button. Cheung held {j-Clubs}{j-Hearts} and by the time the board had ran out {2-Hearts}{6-Clubs}{7-Hearts}{j-Spades}{k-Clubs} it was all over for Levy.

Levy Loosing It

Within a few hands, Grant Levy has seen his gigantic stack shrivel. The biggest dent to Levy's stack came when Sangeeth Mohan was all in holding {j-}{j-} and came up against Levy's {6-}{6-}.

The flop housed a {j-} and it was all but over for Levy and when no miracle came on the turn and river, Levy would sit with the shortest stack he has had in this tournament for a long time.

Torres Doubles

Tsugunari Toma raised from the button to 38,000. In the small blind, Hui Xia reraised to 85,000. Vincent Torres, brother of last year's champion Victorino Torres, moved all in from the big blind for 177,000. Toma folded, but Xia made the call.

Xia: {A-Diamonds}{9-Hearts}
Torres: {A-Spades}{A-Hearts}

The flop, turn and river ran out {J-Hearts}{5-Diamonds}{2-Hearts}{4-Hearts}{Q-Hearts} and Torres doubled up.

Vincent is the oldest of the Torres brothers. There's five of them total and four of them came on this trip to Macau. Vincent is the only one left, but still has plenty of hopes in reaching the same spot his brother Victorino did last year, number one.

Levy Busts A Million

With the demise of Percy Yung comes the rise of Grant Levy, with him now sitting with a whopping chip stack of over 1 Million.

We caught the action on a {10-Diamonds}{2-Diamonds}{q-Hearts} flop and with Levy and Yung in the hand with one more player. Both Levy and the other player checked before the play was on Yung on the dealer button. Yung fired out 35,000 and Levy called before the other player got out of the way.

Turn: {3-Hearts}

Levy again opted to check and at this point Yung shoved her stack all in. Levy tanked for some time, trying to work out what Yung had. Levy voiced that he was concerned that Yung may have {k-}{q-} or {q-}{10-} but after a couple minutes more thinking, he decided to call with {q-Spades}{j-Hearts}.

Levy ended up making the right call as Yung turned over {q-Clubs}{8-Clubs}. The river bricked out and all of sudden, Levy had a million.

Straight for Levy

After a player limped in from early position, Grant Levy raised to 38,000 on the button. Action folded through the blinds and back to the limper. He called.

The flop came down {10-Spades}{4-Clubs}{3-Spades} and both players checked to see the {7-Clubs} land on the turn. The first player bet 50,000 and Levy called.

The river was the {9-Hearts} and the first player checked. Levy fired a bet of 119,000. His opponent took a minute, then called. Levy turned over the {J-Spades}{8-Spades} for a rivered straight and won the pot.
