Another for Park

Level 7 : 400/800, 100 ante

After his opponent bet 2,200 on the {A-Clubs}{J-Clubs}{4-Spades}{3-Diamonds} board, Christopher Park raised to 5,200. His opponent called and then checked the {2-Hearts} river. Park opted to check behind and tabled the {A-Hearts}{6-Spades} to beat his opponent's {Q-Clubs}{10-Clubs}.

Still On The Up

We haven't caught a huge hand from current chip leader Christopher Park, but instead have seen him slowly build his stack up over 100,000. We recently watched an orbit where Park three-bet preflop nearly every hand. He didn't win them all, but that just gives you an idea about how aggressive this guy is playing.

Guzzardi Calls Flop, But Folds Turn

After two players limped in — one from middle position and one from the cutoff seat — Michael Guzzardi completed out of the small blind and then the big blind checked. The flop came down {J-Clubs}{6-Hearts}{4-Spades} and play checked over to the cutoff seat. He fired 1,700 and Guzzardi called. The other two players folded.

The turn brought the {A-Diamonds} and Guzzardi checked. His opponent bet a hefty 7,000 and Guzzardi gave it up.
