A discussion took place between players after the final table was reached, as some players wanted to play on, while some wanted to come back tomorrow. It was proposed by the tournament director to compromise and play down to our final six players, though that proposal didn't seem to please anyone.
Instead, it was decided to call it a night and come back tomorrow at 4pm local time for the conclusion of this event.

Our bubble has burst and the unfortunate bubble boy was Van Tran. After David Bach opened with a pot-sized raise, Tran moved all in for an additional 18,000. Bach did some math before apologetically announcing, "I have to call."

The board ran out and Bach made a straight to eliminate Tran from the tournament. With that elimination, our final table is now set!
[Removed:248] raised the pot and David Morton re-potted. The table folded back to Freymann, who immediately announced "re-pot" and stared down his opponent.
Morton gave a wry smile before folding and flashing for a pair of kings with an ace. It was a great fold on the bubble, as Freymann flashed for a pair of aces!
The two tables are now playing five-handed and are hand-for-hand as we've reached the bubble of the final table, as well as the money. The next player eliminated will go home empty handed, while the remaining nine are guaranteed AU$2,400.
Van Marcus was crippled after a preflop raising war with Rainer Quel.

The board ran out , and after the chips were cut down it was determined that Marcus was left with just 1,700 chips. Those chips went into the middle on the next hand and Marcus was eliminated after Nathan Snow made a full house.
[Removed:248] has eliminated Sean Dunwoodie from today's event. Dunwoodie was prominent in the chip counts throughout the day, but ultimately met his match on a board of .
Dunwoodie showed , but couldn't get past Freymann's for a set of fours. Dunwoodie is out and Freymann is now up to 80,000 chips.
