Andrew Pantling raised up front and got two callers in Eli Elezra and Mel Judah. The first round saw all players check, with Elezra drawing two and Pantling and Judah taking one. The next round and Pantling would bet, drawing one card after both players called with Judah taking one and Elezra two. The last round would see all players take one card and when Elezra led he only got the call from Judah.
Elezra turned over and took down the pot moving up to around 50,000. While Judah slipped to the short stack.
The game switched to No Limit Hold'em at Andy Bloch's table, and everyone was quite surprised to realize the blinds were 400/800, 80% of the limits for the limit games during the same round. That's a much higher ratio than usually found in mixed games.
Bloch and David Bach were discussing the limits with the floor when the clock beeped announcing a level change. Guess that's what you get for complaining. Bach pointed out that even though they've gone up, at least in this level the No Limit blinds are only two-thirds of the limit blinds, a somewhat improved ratio.
The next hand after doubling up Rami Boukai, Mikka Pispala watched Jeff Lisandro raise to 2,000 under the gun. When it folded to him in the small blind, Pispala moved all in for 2,300. Maria Ho in the big blind checked out Lisandro's stack before deciding to flat. Lisandro tossed in the extra few chips, and it was time for the flop. Ho and Lisandro checked down the board.
Pispala tabled as he got out of his seat, but Ho and Lisandro just mucked. Pispala tripled up.
In the midst of that excitment, we lost Daniel Alaei on another table. Pispala was moved to balance that table.
Rami Boukai was on the button when he got all of his 11,350 in against Mikka Pispala in the big blind.

The flop was uneventful. Boukai stood up to leave after the on the turn, but the timely on the river had him sitting back in his chair. He doubled up, and Pispala was left with just 2,300.
The bring in got out of the way when Justin Smith raised. Robert Campbell had other ideas and re-raised.
Smith then called third street. Led on fourth and received the call and then bet-called the re-raise of Campbell on fifth street. Smith would then call the bet of Campbell on the river.

Smith: (X)(X)(X) /
Smith mucked his hole cards and Campbell took down the pot with his seven-high.
