The final four, after some heated negotiations, have decided to call it quits for the night since it's 4:00 a.m. They will resume play at 2:15 p.m. on Friday.

It was the first time this discipline of poker has been played as a championship format at the Aussie Millions and it is safe to say that it has been a rousing success with the Event #15: $10,500 8-Game Mixed Event featuring one of the toughest fields and finest final tables ever assembled on Australian soil.
Those who dished out the cash and joined the field to prove themselves as the elite mixed game player include Richard Ashby, Jeffrey Lisandro, Daniel Alaei, Joseph Serock, David Oppenheim and last years Aussie Millions H.O.R.S.E champion, David Bach.
Unfortunately for the above it wasn’t their day as they were sent to the rail, but of course they had to be to make way for the skilled few who maneuvered through the field to still stand strong.
Kicking off early in the day, play went on for twelve hours before the final table was reached and then another few hours before the final paying five were determined. The unfortunate player to bubble was Full Tilt Red Pro Eli Elezra. But alas, someone had to go so the money could finally be reached.
It was debated as to whether the champion should be crowned tonight, but after Mike Watson went home in 5th place for a AUD$20,000 score and no quick end in sight, the players decided to bring it back tomorrow to play it down to one.

It is Maria Ho atop the chip counts and she will be looking to bring her form from today into tomorrow. Team Full Tilt’s Andy Bloch is sitting nicely in the final four, while Full Tilt Red Pro Justin Smith is still in contention. Melbourne’s own Robert Campbell is alive and well looking to keep the title on home soil.
