Day 4 Started

Welcome to Day 4 of the 2017 Cash Game Festival Tallinn

The momentum keeps building throughout the 2017 Cash Game Festival Tallinn and is expected to continue until Day 4.

While there was not an empty seat at any poker tables for hours on end last night and into the morning, players on waiting lists were shuffled into seats very quickly.

Yesterday's second televised feature table was one to remember. With the stakes at €5/€10 no-limit hold'em and most of the table liking action instead of waiting around for hands, pots were big. After the stream was over the table continued until the after the sun came up.

Click here to check out some of last night's poker action by clicking on the link below starting at around the 3:30 mark. Of course, you can also watch the entire stream which includes action on a €2/€2 no-limit hold'em table that had a mix of recreational players and some members of the poker industry including Triobet powered by Betsafe Head of Poker Enri Orav and Nordicbet Head of Poker Jostein Grodum.

Off the felt, many players chose to enjoy a wild VIP party taking place at Olympic Park Casino at 10 p.m. EEST. When the party ended, some players chose to head back to the tables while others continued partying at the awesome night clubs in Tallinn's Old Town.

Today for many began away from the tables for many as well. Many players engaged in an organized disc golf outing. We will update who the stars of this sporting event were during the coverage. Others are already playing poker, while some are waiting for the bigger action later in the day and evening.

Today's televised feature tables hosted by Brandon Allen will begin earlier than the first two days, but at the same time as yesterday. The first table kicks off at 3:40 p.m. EEST (5:40 p.m. BST) and will be streamed on a 20-minute delay with stakes at €2/€2 no-limit hold'em on the Cash Game Festival Twitch channel and across multiple media outlets including PokerNews.

Later in the day, there will also be a higher-stakes no-limit hold'em televised feature table on a 20-minute delay at 6:40 p.m. EEST (4:40 p.m. BST).

United Kingdom's Ryan Davey (pictured) flew into Tallinn yesterday to appear on the first feature table as a player and joined Allen to provide in-depth strategy during the later stream. Davey shared with PokerNews during last night's VIP party that he will be repeating the exact same pattern today and we hope to be able to pull him aside for a quick interview to learn more about one of poker's most charismatic ring game players.

As will be the case each day during the 2017 Cash Game Festival Tallinn, the PokerNews Live Reporting is on hand to report on all the excitement during Day 4 of the festival complete with player interviews and recaps.

Feature Table Kicks Off

Peter La Terra
Peter La Terra

The feature table began about 10 minutes later than scheduled with a handful of players including Cash Game Festival regular Peter La Terra just arriving back from the disc golf outing.

You can check out the coverage in 20 minutes (4:10 p.m. EEST/2:10 p.m. BST) on the Cash Game Festival Twitch channel or by clicking on the Live Streaming tab on the PokerNews blog.

Here is a look at the players on the €1/€2 no-limit hold'em feature table. You can watch the action on the Cash Game Festival Twitch channel and by clicking on the Live Streaming tab in our coverage.

A player who wished to be referred to as Pawlo is in Seat 1. He shared that he is fairly new to poker and a little nervous about appearing on a televised stream for the first time.

Spain's Pablo Vidal Vazquez, in Seat 2, was showing his moves on the dance floor last night during the VIP party. He is now eager to show his moves on the feature table sharing he can't wait for it to start before the action began.

Estonia's Viktor Sahhatski is making another return to the feature table this festival in Seat 3, while fellow countrymate Sander Orro is making his first visit to the feature table this festival in Seat 4.

Another local player, Vitali Filonov is in Seat 5 and is making his second feature table appearance. Players know Filonov locally as he won a OlyBet King's of Tallinn side event in February and had a runner-up performance in another side event during the OlyBet Poker Series earlier this month.

Local hero Katja Mihno is the sole female on the early feature table in Seat 7 with Cash Game Festival Peter La Terra in Seat 8.

One notable player missing from the table was United Kingdom's Ryan Davey. He decided a shower was more important than appearing in front of the lights and camera. He also shared another reason he is not appearing as planned. "I am not feeling it today," Davey shared when we caught up with him in the casino.

The good news is for Davey's friends, family and fans is that he will be behind the commentary booth for the later stream to provide analysis on a higher stakes €5/€5 no-limit feature table.

La Terra Wins the Disc Golf Competition

Cash Game Festival regular Peter La Terra won the disc golf competition earlier today. While his win should give him some pride, he is hoping for another win on the poker table which would give him some more money in his wallet.

La Terra is usually walking away from every Cash Game Festival a winner and certainly worth checking out how he gets it done on the televised table.

Where Will Janar Move?

Martin "Franke" von Zweigbergk & Janar K
Martin "Franke" von Zweigbergk & Janar K

A few festivals ago, Martin "Franke" von Zweigbergk and Janar K were involved in an epic prop bet where the loser was supposed to live in a country of the winner's choice for an entire year.

Franke won the competition and chose Italy, however, this month Janar decided to instead take one of the buyouts. Instead of moving to Italy he will instead move to a village of the winner's choice for one month for no option to leave. Three of the conditions were that the village must be in the European Union, must have a population of at least 10,000 people and must have wi-fi.

Franke had several ideas of where to send Janar. However, he recently asked PokerNews readers for help. You have one last chance to comment and where you want to see Janar move to in the comments box of this article.

PokerNews will be updating the poker community early next week where Janar will be moving to.

Maxime's Back

France's Maxime Roseau is back with his second vlog. You can check out his perspective of the gun shooting event from Day 2 in the video below.

Orav Tags in for La Terra

Enri Orav

Cash Game Festival disc golf champion Peter La Terra was on a waiting list for a €2/€2 pot-limit Omaha game where the player on the button can choose whether players receive four or five hole cards.

The table just kicked off and he decided La Terra decided to leave the feature table with the knowledge that Triobet Poker Manager Enri Orav would be more than happy to take his place. Orav is also one of the co-founders of the Cash Game Festival along with the infamous Martin "Franke" von Zwegbergk. Franke was mentioned earlier in the coverage in regards to an inside update we had regarding his epic prop bet with Janar.

Roland Luik Ready to Rumble

Estonian semi-pro poker player Roland Luik is back in the poker room. Luik already won the unofficial sunglasses of the festival award on Day 1. His glasses alternate messages such as Cash Game Festival on them and rolling eyeballs through a LED system.

He will be making his second visit to the feature table this festival later today when the stakes go up to €5/€5 no-limit hold'em. He shared he enjoyed his first experience on the feature table earlier in the festival and is looking forward to appearing again with his epic sunglasses.
